Logical conditions or a logical market. Logical conditions exist in a stock when the price
advances in consequence of the prosperity of the company which issued it, or such conditions
exist when the price declines in consequence of the lack of prosperity of the company. Or, it may
be that the price advances or declines on unexpected developments in the affairs of the company
or on prospective conditions affecting the company.
