Bargain. A mutual contract, agreement or understanding between two or more parties as to
something to be done, transferred or the like; or as to terms or methods.
The term bargain also means an advantageous transaction ; or something bought or offered at a
low price.  To bargain means to dicker; to haggle over price or terms.
